Conducting necessary studies and designs through field visits, research, evaluation, and delivering a comprehensive technical report, paper and electronic, for all lines, sites, and projects within the scope of the contract, and based on the strategic plan for the Western Sector, in accordance with the relevant local and international codes and standards. Inspection and testing requirements based on the practical condition and deterioration mechanisms. The potential risks and required testing techniques that will be adopted according to the approved methodology presented and according to the schedule, as well as the human resources, materials and equipment used in conducting the tests in order to determine the defects of the existing pipelines and the future operational status of each line and project.

Projects within the scope of the contract include:

• - Design project to support the supply of the areas served by the Al-Qusour Reservoir.
• - Design project to support Muzdalifah emergency management networks.
• - Raising the efficiency and capacity of an iron tank in Al-Mashaer - Al-Muaisem 90 (capacity 190,000 m³), part of (the design project for the second part of the main distribution lines in Mina (the second phase includes operational storage)).
• - Design to increase capacity of the sewage network in Mina - the first group, including network of the lines 2,400 and 2,500 at the Fourth Ring Road.
• - Design to increase capacity of the sewage network in Mina - Second group.
• - Design to increase capacity of the sewage network in Mina - Third group.
