The projects required to provide supervision services for construction and review of their designs located in anywhere the first party works. The nature of the projects includes, but not limited to, the following:

• - Landscaping and Natural Views works.
• - Major and Minor repairs at land ports.
• - Construction or renewal of housing units.
• - Renovation works for roads, asphalt, pedestrian paths and sign boards for land ports.
• - Construction or renovation of water treatment plants and sewage treatment plants.
• - Installation or renovation of power plants.
• - Construction or renovation of existing fire extinguishing systems.
• - Construction or renovation of HVAC system.
• - Fence works.
• - Installing surveillance cameras and any other security technologies at the Authority's projects.
• - Improvement of existing buildings, including civil, electrical and mechanical works, information technologies and protection systems technologies.
• - Installing or renovating server rooms, uninterruptible electricity systems, etc.
• - Any other work as needed or as directed by the first party.
